Mr. Roman from Switzerland has been appointed Head Chef of this new venture.​
Mr. Roman will head a team of around 24 Full time Staff including Professional Bartenders, 1st and 2nd Chef’s, Restaurant manager, Kitchen Porters, Supervisors, waiters and waitresses.
